Steps to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Tyros account, please follow the steps below through the mobile app:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the Profile section.
3. Tap on Delete Account.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion request.

Once confirmed, your request will be processed, and your account will be permanently deleted from our systems, subject to applicable retention policies.

Types of Data Deleted

Upon successful account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• All personal information linked to your account
• Location history and SOS activity (if applicable)
• Communication records and alert logs
• Any metadata or operational data associated with your usage

Data Retention Policy

While your account and associated personal data will be deleted, some data may be retained temporarily under the following circumstances:

• To comply with legal obligations (e.g., incident reports, audit trails)
• For fraud prevention, abuse detection, or security investigations
• For internal reporting or operational continuity (in anonymized form)

Such retained data will be handled securely and only for the duration required by law or our data governance framework.
