Tyros®® is a comprehensive security Operations platform designed to enhance the safety, efficiency, and operational readiness of organizations in high-risk, high-traffic environments. It provides functionality for real-time emergency alerting (SOS) and location-based response coordination. This document outlines how personal data is processed specifically in relation to Tyros®®, and it operates as a product-specific extension of the Wisdom AI® Privacy Policy.

2.  Purpose and Scope

This policy describes:

• What information we collect through Tyros®®
• How we use and share that information.
• Your rights and choices in relation to the information.

This policy applies to all Users who access Tyros®® via employer-created accounts. Visitors of the public website at https://tyros.io and https://thewisdom.ai are subject to the core Wisdom AI® policy.

3. Customer Contracts

Employers who provision Tyros®® for their employees may have additional terms in their enterprise agreements. In case of conflict, those contracts govern all data processing on behalf of the employer.

4.  How Tyros®® Collects Information

We collect information:

1. Provided by You

• Details entered at login or during profile setup (e.g., name, phone, job title).
• SOS submissions, which may include text, photos, geolocation, and descriptions.

2. Automatically Collected

• Device identifiers, IP addresses, time stamps, and action logs.
• GPS-based location data (with permission) during emergency use.

3. From Employers

• Your employer may upload or synchronize data like your position, department, and emergency roles.

5.  Information We Collect

• Personal Identifiers: Full name, user ID, contact info.
• Employment Metadata: Job title, department, position, assigned roles.
• Technical Information: Device, OS, app version, usage logs.
• Emergency Data: SOS event details, attached files, notes, geolocation.

6.  How We Use Your Information

• To allow authorized users to initiate or respond to emergency alerts.
• To improve the reliability and performance of Tyros®®.
• To enable location-based assistance by assigned response teams.
• To generate reports and maintain incident logs.

7.  Location Data

Tyros®® uses location data exclusively for emergency coordination. Location is collected only with the user’s consent and when actively using the SOS feature.

Important Note on Location Privacy:

Tyros®® does not permit continuous or passive location tracking. A user’s location can only be accessed during an active SOS event. Location visibility is automatically limited to the duration of the emergency situation. Once the SOS event is marked as ‘under control’ by authorized personnel, all access to location data is revoked. Users can be assured that their location remains private outside of verified SOS activity. This ensures the platform cannot be misused for unauthorized monitoring or surveillance.

8.  Third-Party Sharing

Tyros®® does not sell or share personal data for advertising. Emergency data may be accessible to:

• Authorized users within your organization (e.g., security team).
• Integrated systems approved by your employer (e.g., central dashboards).

9. Security Measures

Tyros®® applies the same security standards as Wisdom AI®:

• AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
• TLS encryption in transit.
• Role-based access controls.
• Activity logging and administrative oversight.

10. Your Rights

As a user of Tyros®® provisioned by your employer:

• You may request access or correction of your data via your HR department.
• Deletion of user accounts is managed exclusively by your employer. Users must contact their HR department to request account deactivation or data deletion. Tyros®® or Wisdom AI® cannot delete individual user accounts.
• Location tracking is a mandatory feature of the SOS functionality. If you do not permit location access, you will not be able to use Tyros®®.

11.   Data Retention

• Emergency event records are not retained by Tyros®® or Wisdom AI®. All such data is controlled and stored solely by the employer, who acts as the data controller and is responsible for legal, operational, and audit-related retention.
• Inactive user data may be anonymized or deleted in accordance with employer policy.

12. Children Under 18

Tyros®® is intended for professional use. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has been registered, please contact us immediately.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Tyros®® Privacy Policy to reflect changes in features or applicable laws. Updates will be posted on our website and/or in the app.
