These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tyros®® platform (the “Software”) and related services (the “Services”). Tyros®® is a product of Wisdom AI Pvt Ltd (“Wisdom AI®,” “we,” “us,” or “Tyros®”). These Terms operate in conjunction with your organization’s enterprise agreement with Wisdom AI® and apply to all users who access Tyros®® as part of their employment or contractual association with a subscribing organization (the “Customer”).

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users who access Tyros®™ via employer-created accounts. Visitors of the public website at https://tyros.io  and https://thewisdom.ai are subject to the core Wisdom AI® Terms and Conditions.

1. Application of Terms

By accessing or using Tyros®®, you acknowledge that:

• Your employer or authorized organization has entered into a Subscription Agreement with Wisdom AI®.
• These Terms apply to your use of the Tyros®® platform.

2. Access & User Obligations

2.1 Provisioned Access:

Users can only access Tyros®® using credentials provided by their employer. You may not create a personal or independent account.

2.2 Authorized Use Only:

You agree to use Tyros®® solely for lawful purposes and as instructed by your employer.

2.3 Restrictions:

• You may not share login credentials with unauthorized parties.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or bypass any technical safeguards.
• You may not use the platform for personal emergencies or outside organizational use unless expressly permitted.
• You may not attempt to use Tyros®™ to track, monitor, or surveil another individual for personal, non-organizational reasons. Any misuse of SOS or location features for stalking, harassment, or other inappropriate intentions will result in immediate suspension and possible legal action.

3. Emergency Use & Location Tracking

• Core Purpose: Tyros®® is designed to support emergency preparedness and real-time response coordination.
• Location Requirement: Access to the SOS feature and related functionality requires location sharing. Disabling location permissions will prevent the use of the platform.
• Employer Responsibility: All data collected via Tyros®® is controlled by your employer. Wisdom AI® does not retain or access personal SOS or location data beyond what is necessary for technical operations.

4. Support & Maintenance

Wisdom AI® provides Tyros®® support to the Customer organization via:

• Email
• Website Chat
• Phone or WhatsApp

Response times and support availability are governed by the employer’s enterprise plan.

5.   Data Protection

All personal data processed via Tyros®® is governed by the Tyros®® Privacy Policy and the broader Wisdom AI® Privacy Policy.

• Wisdom AI® does not retain SOS data.
• Employers act as the Data Controller for all user-generated content.

6.   Modifications to Services

We may update or improve Tyros®® from time to time. Your employer will be informed in advance of major feature changes. Emergency-critical updates may be deployed without prior notice to ensure continued safety and functionality.

7.    Termination of Access

User access to Tyros®® is contingent on your employment or organizational relationship. Access may be revoked:

• By your employer
• Upon account deactivation
• If you violate these Terms or misuse the platform

8.   Limitation of Liability

Wisdom AI® provides Tyros®® on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• In no case shall Wisdom AI® be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your employer for the affected period of service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maldivian courts.
